Tell Me About Yourself: What Daily Mobile Users Have To Share
Nearly half of daily mobile users said they’d be willing to give brands personal information in exchange for better and richer mobile experiences.
A 2017 Phunware-sponsored study surveyed more than 680 daily smartphone and tablet users in the U.S. about how they use mobile today and what they expect from the technology in coming years. These daily users reported spending six hours per day on mobile devices, primarily smartphones.
The survey unearthed some compelling findings about the kinds of personal info users are willing to share in exchange for a great experience—and the kinds they’d really prefer not to give out.
